Booking / Cancellation - Procedure & Guidelines
As much as we assure you of our best services, we would only be modest in drawing your attention to the fact that Lilly's Valley Resort strives to offer you all the essential comforts and best of services, but at times, the services can become slower than expected, which is beyond our control. Having said that, we will with your co-operation spare no efforts in making your stay with us comfortable and one you would cherish.

Booking Procedure
To confirm and block the rooms, 50% of the total accommodation cost has to be paid in advance. Advance can be paid by cash deposit or online fund transfer to our Indian Bank / SBI Bank Account Or UPI ID Google pay/ Phone pay.
Cancellation of your stay should be intimated by email and over phone ( What’s app). Such amendment or Cancellation will attract following retention charges as mentioned in our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
7 days before the booking confirmed date - 90% of total tariff amount will be refunded.
No Refund for Deferred check-in or early check-out other than the proposed duration of stay.
Terms & Conditions Apply
Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days
.
Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 3% extra.
There will be NO REFUND for no show

- Extra person charge for all the Standard Rooms & Double Rooms Rs.1250 (Above 6 years)

- Below Rs.7500 GST 12%
- Above Rs.7500 GST 18%
- Tariff inclusive of Breakfast & Morning Tea / Coffee with Basic amenities
- Season Tariff Applicable for all Public Holidays & All Weekends
- As per our Govt. order all guest required Aadhaar Card as their ID Proof
- For Honeymooners Professional Photo & Video shoot will be chargeable on a day basis. (Photographers Must get Permission from the Management)
- For Cinema, Documentary & Serial Professional shooting will be chargeable on a days basis.
